Join us for the Samvera Europe meeting, London, 5th May 2026

The Samvera Europe 2026 Meeting will be held on Tuesday 5th May, from 2pm to 5pm, in conjunction with the CoSector Festival of Technology in Education and Research at University of London. The meeting is being kindly hosted by CoSector at Senate House, where the Festival is taking place, in conjunction with the Samvera Community. The Samvera Community is a collection of universities in North America and Europe established in 2008 to foster open discussion and engagement on the development of digital repositories, as well as creating software solutions to address curation needs. All those working with digital repositories, including repository management, collections management and presentation, software development, metadata, etc. are warmly invited.

The meeting will include updates on the work of the Samvera Community, as well as presentations from community members and an unconference-style session to address key current topics. If you'd like to give a short update or presentation about what you or your institution has been doing in the curation of digital collections, please let us know. If there are any specific topics you'd like to see covered, please let us know, or share them on the samvera.slack.com #samvera-europe channel.
